The Suh Laboratory at Columbia University Irving Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated Associate Research Scientist to join our team studying female reproductive aging. Our work focuses on uncovering the molecular mechanisms of ovarian aging and exploring the role of the gut microbiome in modulating ovarian function and reproductive lifespan. The successful candidate will lead computational analysis of high-dimensional datasets from single-cell RNA-seq, metagenomics, and metabolomics. A strong background in bioinformatics or computational biology is required, along with experience integrating multi-omics data.
