Work on projects regarding characterization of the hematopoietic stem cell niche in the bone marrow and the fetal liver. These would include, but not limited to, general maintenance of mouse colonies; tailing and genotyping; dissection and collection of tissues for analysis; performing flow cytometry experiments; cryo-sectioning and immunostaining of tissue sections; fluorescent and confocal microscopy imaging and analysis; construction of DNA vectors; performing gene expression analysis using PCR or RNA-seq; and related molecular and cellular experiments. We also expect you to participate in general laboratory activities such as lab meetings, journal clubs, seminars etc. In addition, you are expected to be a good lab citizen by helping maintain an interactive and orderly laboratory env
