The Herman lab at The Ohio State University is looking to hire a postdoctoral scientist, effective immediately. Our lab is located within the Department of Molecular Genetics and studies the regulation of gene expression in a model eukaryote, the budding yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The fellow will be specifically engaged in studies examining how a biomolecular condensate, known as the P-body, influences the levels of tubulin mRNAs.
