Computational Biologist
The Jackson lab is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Computational Biologist. This individual will be mentored by Dr. Ruaidhri Jackson, an expert in mucosal immunology. The Jackson lab uses cutting edge techniques, including next-generation ribosome profiling technology, RNAseq, scRNAseq, CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing, and preclinical mouse models of disease to improve our understanding of innate and mucosal immunity. The individual will have the opportunity to participate in the analysis of both mouse and human genomic datasets, identifying novel targets and pathways for the treatment of inflammatory disease.
