Postdoctoral Fellow - Moses Lab
The Cheadle Lab at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is inviting applications from highly motivated candidates for a postdoctoral position investigating interactions between neurons and immune cells (microglia) in the developing brain. We employ a unique multidisciplinary strategy to study these interactions that merges two-photon imaging in the brains of live awake mice, single-cell or low input genomics, and standard molecular and cell biological approaches. We seek an enthusiastic and independent lab member to lead a high-impact project focused on defining the mechanisms underlying microglial function in mouse and human brains. Candidates from non-traditional and/or underrepresented backgrounds, broadly defined, are strongly encouraged to apply.
