Post-Doc Associate - Xing
Position Summary:The primary purpose of this position will be to carry out bioinformatic and computational analysis to identify genes associated with the risk of complex genetic diseases, using high-throughput seuqenicng data. The candidate will be responsible to utilize current computational pipelines and develop novel computational tools to identify candidate disease-causal genes in different disease cohorts. A variety of data set from different projects will be analyzed, such as whole-genome sequencing, whole exome sequencing, and transcriptome data.Minimum Education and Experience:Ph.D. in genetics, bioinformatics, molecular biology or related fields. At least 1 year of working experience in Genomics research fields. Strong back
