As a postdoctoral associate, you will work under the mentorship of Mark Osborn, PhD, contributing to cutting-edge research in gene therapy. The project and work focus will be Gene Therapy Research using CRISPR-based platforms such as base and prime editors and CRISPR-associated transposases.
100% Gene Therapy Lab Research: participate in the design, implementation and evaluation of research. Carry out and supervise laboratory experiments. Develop experimental procedures. Collect and analyze data, prepare and present data to professional audiences. Contribute meaningfully on reports, papers and publications.
Required Qualifications
PhD from an accredited University Track record of grant and manuscript submission Experience in molecular biology (PCR, CRISPR/Cas9), cell biology (primary and cell lines), and hematopoietic lineage differentiation and the mechanistic underpinnings of lineage commitment.
