Research Scientist - Gene therapy
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide and in the United States. There is a high unmet need for new treatment options to treat NSCLC due to the high rate of chemoresistance in NSCLC. Gene Editing Institute at Christiana Care Health System has identified a specific target to reduce the chemoresistance and is currently developing CRISPR gene therapy strategy to treat NSCLC.
