Maintenance of cell cultures, including adherent and suspension cells, transfections, and CRISPR-edited cell cultures.
Help maintain stock solutions, and order new supplies.
Basic bioinformatics pipelines, with an emphasis on next-generation sequencing techniques.
Collects and enters data. Assists in analysis of data and with preparation of reports, manuscripts, and other documents.
Complies with institution, state and federal regulatory policies, procedures, directives, and mandates.
Performs other related work as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
Bachelorâ™s degree.
Experience:
1-2 years of relevant research experience in bioinformatics and/or molecular/cellular.
