Medical Oncologist to join our growing Breast Multidisciplinary Program
The Saundra G. Wendt and Wendt Family Breast Program at the Dignity Health Cancer Institute (DHCI) seeks to hire a board certified/board eligible medical oncologist to join our growing breast oncology multidisciplinary program. Breast medical oncology works side-by-side with breast surgery, breast radiation oncology, mammography, genetic counseling, social work, clinical nutrition and the clinical trials staff.

The multidisciplinary teams work closely with the leadership of the Dignity Health Cancer Institute, St. Josephs Hospital and Medical Center and the Dignity Health Medical Group to ensure growth of the comprehensive oncology patient care programs as well as the growth of the clinical trials programs.
This physician will report to the Medical Director for Hematology and Medical Oncology Physician Services or designee, and work collaboratively and effectively with the disease-site oncology multidisciplinary teams, hospitalists, administrative team members, and all other staff who support cancer patients and cancer services in the outpatient and inpatient settings.
The successful candidate will:
- MD or DO degree;
- Board Certified in Hematology & Medical Oncology;
- Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure;
- Have or be eligible for an Arizona State Medical License;
- Be passionate about providing clinically excellent, evidence-based care;
- Willing to abide by and promote the values of CommonSpirit Health
