We are seeking a Research Data Analyst for The Bloomberg Kimmel Institute to participate in single cell RNA sequencing and TCR sequencing analytics. This person will be active in the data pre-processing stages as well as analysis and interpretation of results.  Eligible candidate will be involved in designing and developing analysis plans to address biological hypotheses in our bank of single cell data, mostly acquired from lung cancer patients treated with checkpoint blockade. Will interact daily with other data analysts within the Institute, as well as Immunologists, Genomics experts, and clinicians.
