Job Duties:Provide comprehensive bioinformatics support for genetics projects and offer expertise in various aspects of the field. Develop and maintain extensions to the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to optimize data management and analysis. Provide programming expertise to support a spectrum of molecular tests, workflows, and research conducted by the Molecular Diagnostics Lab, including developing and applying bioinformatics algorithms, pipelines, and interfaces. Install, configure, and integrate biostatistical analytical software packages to enhance data processing capabilities. Engage in programming and scripting activities to build software tools ta
