Biostatistics Specialist to support both the Stover Lab and the Alliance Standardized Translational Omics Resource project. Implements and supports complex scientific software tools and deployment for basic and clinical research studies. Performs data analysis for high-dimensional/high throughput next generation sequencing data from wide range of experiments, including but not limited to RNA-seq, targeted sequencing, whole exome or genome sequencing, cell-free DNA sequencing, and small-RNA sequencing from various platforms. Designs and develops integrated data analysis pipelines and contributes to on-going pipeline infrastructure development efforts. Identifies and resolves hardware and software issues.
