The Rutishauser Lab, in the UCSF Division of Experimental Medicine, at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, is hiring an experienced Bioinformatics programming professional with a broad understanding of computational algorithms and systems to work on projects that utilize single cell RNA/TCR sequencing, epigenetic profiling, and multi-omics approaches to understand changes in immune cell states in blood and tissue over time in people with HIV receiving therapies.
