The Rutishauser Lab, in the UCSF Division of Experimental Medicine, at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, is hiring an experienced Bioinformatics programming professional with a broad understanding of computational algorithms and systems to work on projects that utilize single cell RNA/TCR sequencing, epigenetic profiling, and multi-omics approaches to understand changes in immune cell states in blood and tissue over time in people with HIV receiving therapies. This is aimed at achieving sustained control of HIV (i.e., an HIV "cure"), and to characterize transcriptional and epigenetic features/gene regulatory networks of T cells isolated in early life. Our lab is focused on understanding the mechanisms that promote the formation of p
