Post-doctoral Research Fellow - Statistics (2 Year Term)
Summary and Scope of Position: The post-doctoral researcher will work with Dr Leslie New, Assistant Professor of Statistics, to develop statistical models to investigate physiological responses of individual long-lived animals to ecological change and model the resulting population consequences and how they may vary under different scenarios of future environmental change. The data set will consist of baleen hormone data from bowhead whales and will require close collaboration with researchers from George Mason University and Northern Arizona University. This is an NSF grant funded position for 24 months.
