We seek imaginative and creative early career scientists who will bring their expertise to important problems in basic and translational sciences. We are particularly interested in scientists with a creative and rigorous research program focusing on mechanistic aspects of gene regulation and cellular signaling, cell growth and differentiation, developmental and stem cell biology, or disease pathogenesis. We offer an exciting and collaborative work environment that includes diverse faculty with research interests spanning chemical biology, cancer biology, structural biology, pharmacology, cell biology, biochemistry, and medicine.??
We strongly encourage team science, entrepreneurship and mentorship of scientists and physicians from diverse backgrounds. The two Departments are known for exceptional scientific and scholarly resources, interdisciplinary research and a supportive environment. The successful candidate will become a member of the training faculty of one or more of Harvard University???s Ph.D. Programs such as Biological and Biomedical Sciences (BBS), Biophysics or Chemical Biology, which attract extraordinary graduate students, and participate in the teaching of graduate students. Applicants will be housed at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
A Ph.D., Ph.D./M.D. or M.D. is required.
