Carew lab at the Center for Neural Science at NYU is seeking a postdoctoral associate to study the Aplysia ELAV proteins and characterize their mRNA binding targets using a combination of immunochemical and bioinformatics techniques. They use Aplysia behavioral techniques to dissect the mechanism by which p38 MAPK affects learning and memory formation.
