The Parker Lab in the Department of Computational Medicine & Bioinformatics, University of Michigan is seeing a bioinformatician to perform statistical genetic analysis of big data in partnership with the program director. This includes genetic, epigenomic, transcriptome, single cell and population data. Disseminating findings at national professional meetings. Write for proposal applications and perform critical review of scientific literature. Train Ph.D., masters and undergraduate students, as well as postdoctoral fellows in project design and data analysis.
