Vacancy ID: PDS003834Position Summary/Description: The Schrider Lab at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is hiring a postdoc in the area of computational population genetics and/or phylogenetics. The successful candidate will help design and carry out projects related to: 1) elucidating the phylogenetic relationships among species and/or the genealogical relationships of individuals of the same species; 2) the development and application of computational methods to interrogate the impacts of(and interplay between) adaptation, recombination, and demographic changes on genetic diversity within and between species 3) the study of these or evolutionary questions in mosquito genomes.Education and Experience:
