Location: Chicago, ILJob Description:Develop innovative and scalable Shiny to support metabolomics core and streamline data transfer.Implement and test various sequencing data analysis and taxonomy classification.Performs data analysis of high throughput genomics and transcriptomics.Designs and customizes data algorithms and specialized computer software to identify and classify components of a biological system (e.g. DNA and protein sequences).Develops models, databases or software applications.Support all phases of bioinformatics activities by devising or modifying procedures to solve complex problems.Customize existing applications to meet specific scientific project
