The laboratory of Dr. Jessica Tucker in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine is seeking a full-time Post-Baccalaureate Research Intern. The intern will work in a research laboratory that uses gammaherpesviruses to study mammalian gene expression and will gain experience working with viruses, mammalian cells, and nucleic acids. The Tucker lab values diversity, inclusiveness, team-work, communication, and organizational skills.
