Postdoctoral position in epigenomics of sarcoma.Postdoctoral position available in the laboratory of Dr. Bosnakovski at the Department of Pediatrics to work on the epigenetic and cellular mechanisms of CIC-DUX4 and Ewing sarcoma. The fellow will have an opportunity to use various in vitro and in vivo models to study the epigenetic and cellular aberrations induced by the oncogenes. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate that accepts the challenges of working on multiomic analyses to study the different cellular compartments of the muscle.
