GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT: We are seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented individual who is passionate about science to join the Louissaint laboratory as a full-time research assistant. We are a translational lymphoma research laboratory that uses in-vitro and in-vivo patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models of B cell and T-cell lymphomas to make discoveries about lymphoma biology and to define new and effective lymphoma therapies.Ongoing projects include:Creation of the novel PDX models of ALK+ large B-cell lymphomas, plasmablastic lymphomas, and other aggressive lymphoma subtypes. Using our PDX models, we are defining the first effective and potentially curative therapies for these diseases. We are simultaneously studying mechanisms of resistan
