The Flow Cytometry Core at Harvard's Department of Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology provides cutting edge technologies for the direct isolation and interrogation of highly purified cell populations, including immune cells, stromal cells, and stem cells from various vertebrate organs and organoid systems. Core staff operate and maintain state-of-the-art instrumentation and participate in groundbreaking research and development activities together with local research labs and industry partners. The Core offers many exciting opportunities to innovate both the technologies and applications of flow cytometry and to advance basic and translational science towards a better understanding of fundamental developmental processes and disease mechanisms, more robust tissue regenerative activities
