Department OverviewAn exciting opportunity in the field of immunology and cancer immunotherapy has been created in the laboratory of Dr. Megan Ruhland in the Cell, Developmental and Cancer Biology Department at Oregon Health and Science University. Dr. Ruhland's research program is currently focused on understanding antigen presentation and dendritic cell subsets in the tumor-draining lymph node. The lab's goals are to determine microenvironmental mediators and dendritic cell intrinsic determinants of effective antigen presentation and T cell priming in the context of health and disease. We seek to identify novel strategies to boost anti-tumor immunity by targeting innate immune responses. Function/Duties of PositionThis is primarily a research posit
