Position Summary Responsibilities will include: using RNA-sequencing coupled with gene regulatory network analyses and functional validation will be used to study how plants (Arabidopsis, selected crops) respond to nutrient starvation. Exploring the natural variation for quantitative traits is needed for this position, together with confocal microscopy experience. Skills in compiling, analyzing and summarizing results in preparation for writing reports, manuscripts and articles for publication and incorporating results into presentations is required.
