Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Research Teaching Specialist V for the Department of Microbiology, Biochemistry & Molecular Genetics / Center for Emerging & Re-emerging Pathogens within the New Jersey Medical School. Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, the Research Teaching Specialist V will contribute to investigations of interactions between macrophages and Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The major focus will be understanding the initiation, progression, and resolution of innate immune responses triggered during infection and how M. tuberculosis evades these responses.
