Program Coordinator I - Hematology/Oncology
The Division of Hematology/Oncology is seeking a motivated and organized administrative professional for a Program Coordinator role. This role will provide clinical and academic administrative support to the Gene Therapy Program in our joint Dana-Farber/Boston Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders Center. This role will allow for part-time remote work but will require at least 2-3 days/week onsite The Program Coordinator I will be responsible for: Coordinating activities and daily operations of the program, including booking travel/lodging for patients and assist in booking appointments and procedures for patients on ongoing clinical trials Scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and coordinating travel arrangements for PIs.
