Position Summary:Positions are currently available to measure epigenetic changes that occur in intestinal development and disease, during response to dietary changes (Vitamin D), and during the oncogenic progression of colorectal cancer. The projects will employ mouse models, organoid cultures, metabolomics and epigenomic (ChIP-seq) methodologies.
