The Staff Research Associate I / II will conduct research on cell biology and its application to immune-associated diseases in the laboratory; perform experiments involving gene cloning, tissue processing, cell culture, microscopy, flow cytometry, retroviral transduction, and other biochemical procedures; breed, screen, immunize, and dissect transgenic mice; help purchase and maintain equipment; order supplies. This individual will contribute to research projects by generating datasets and testing hypotheses using methods established in the lab including cell culture, flow cytometry, gene targeting using CRISPR-Cas9 and gene expression analysis.The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.Your placement within the
