The Liu Lab in the Gilbert S. Omenn Department of Computational Medicine & Bioinformatics is looking for a Research Lab Specialist Senior for NIH projects which involves multiple universities/sites. The Research Lab Specialist Senior is expected to help the PI oversee the entire project, organizing working groups, scientific meetings, preparing monthly and quarterly reports, data management and informatics, communication, and teamwork.Responsible for the day to day operations of a specialized laboratory within a department or research program.Manages all phases of a large, complex research project with the principal investigator. Works directly with the PI on the development and implementation of the research plan and development of research goals.
