This can include development of assays, sample preparation services and quality control assessments.As directed and trained, will prepare samples for existing service offerings by the Epigenomics Core for Chip-Seq, Cut & Run, ATAC-Seq, library preparation for methylation assays, and bisulfite treatment for downstream applications.
