Address a fundamental knowledge gap about how chromatin 3D organization determines transcription at a global scale in an explicitly defined neuronal development model.
Integrate cutting-edge multi-omics at bulk, single-cell and spatial scales with computational analyses to investigate transcriptome, epigenome and chromatin architecture.
Combine multi-omics with flow cytometry and state-of-the-art imaging to study chromatin architecture at super resolution.
As an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer, the Research Foundation will not discriminate in its employment practices due to an applicants race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin and veteran or disability status.
