The Department of Genome Sciences in the School of Medicine at the University of Virginia (https://med.virginia.edu/genome-sciences/) invites applications for two tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor.  Rank and tenure status will be determined by qualifications. These hires are a central part of a major strategic investment by the University of Virginia to build a world-class Department of Genome Sciences. Established in 2024, the Department is expanding rapidly with the vision of becoming a national leader in genetics and genomics research.
