Computational Biologist
COMPUTATIONAL BIOLOGIST position available in the laboratory of Dr. Scott Armstrong and working closely with members of the laboratory of Dr. Benjamin Ebert. The labs research focuses on the application of genomic and epigenomic approaches to characterize the mechanisms that control development of leukemia from clonal hematopoiesis to fully developed leukemia. This information is used to expand our understanding of normal and cancer-causing stem cells and develop new therapeutic approaches. Computational biologists will interact and collaborate closely with other scientists and computational biologists across the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT with the goal of providing necessary computational support to many ongoing p
