Dr. Con Ma?s lab in The Gilbert S. Omenn Department of Computational Medicine and Bioinformatics at the University of Michigan is seeking a postdoctoral research fellow to develop AI models to predict and study the tumor evolution and lineages using the multiomic measurements from both bulk, single-cell, and spatial technologies. The lab emphasizes understanding the mathematical and statistical properties of the model in order to achieve higher agreement with biological assumptions and better interpretability.
