We are seeking a Sr. Research Specialist II to join the lab at All Children's Hospital. The primary focus in the laboratory is to study epigenomics of cell type specification and the role of macrophages in tissue regeneration, metabolism and tumor growth and metastasis. The individual in this role will apply advanced knowledge of mouse breeding and colony management, tissue culture and molecular biology (PCR, Western blot, molecular cloning), general lab organization, and training and day-to-day oversight of lab assistants.
