Scheduled Hours40Position SummaryThe Choudhury lab has a research position available to assist with the studies on cellular, molecular and metabolic processes involved in the development of fibrotic disorders such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). We are currently exploring how metabolic networks may provide disease- and context-specific targets for selective interruption of pathological, cellular functions and how these metabolic adaptations in turn may be targeted therapeutically for IPF. Experimental approaches employed in our lab involve cell signaling and metabolism, metabolomics, mitochondrial biology, molecular/cellular biology, genetically mod
