Scheduled Hours40Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated bioinformatician for the Division of Anatomic and Molecular Pathology in the Department of Pathology and Immunology. The candidate will be responsible for developing and conducting computational analyses to support high-impact research projects in the division, which may include studies in genomics, spatial transcriptomics, single cell sequencing, and methylation profiling, among others. This role requires strong expertise in computational methods and programming, understanding of molecular biology and genetics, and the capability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
