Clinical Scientists - Pediatric Hematology Oncology #PED149
The University of Chicago's Department of Pediatrics and University of Chicago Medicine Comprehensive Cancer Center (UCCCC) seeks tenured or tenure-track faculty members who are pursuing research on adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancers. In line with the strategic development of cancer research at the University of Chicago, the appointees would co-lead a highly collaborative and interdisciplinary group to study etiology, identify risk factors, enhance access to and quality of care, improve survival, and reduce disparities experienced by AYAs with cancer. We expect the faculty members to be proposed for an appointment in the NCI-designated UCCCC and collaborate in multi-disciplinary research with colleagues across UCCCC programs, including Molecular Mechanisms of Cancer and Cancer Pre
