Junior Research Scientist (PI: Dr. Juhee Jeong)
New York University College of Dentistry is seeking a full-time Junior Research Scientist (Research Assistant)  in the laboratory of Juhee Jeong within the Department of Molecular Pathobiology. They will work on projects investigating molecular genetic mechanisms behind embryonic development and birth defects using mice and stem cells. They will perform basic molecular biology and cell biology tasks, such as PCR, DNA preparation, gel electrophoresis, cell culture, and transfection. They will also learn techniques in developmental biology research such as dissection, tissue sectioning, and staining.NYU offers excellent benefits.
