We are seeking one highly motivated Bioinformatic Postdoctoral Associate to join our new Program Project in studying cardiomyocyte proliferation and remuscularization in the XiaoDong and Daniel Garry Laboratories jointly, at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.You will lead a new research project to integratively analyze of single-cell RNA sequencing, ATAC sequencing, and ChIP sequencing data, which are being generated by multiple laboratories in the Program Project in studying cardiomyocyte regeneration; you will also collaborate with wet-lab scientists from the labs extensively to analyze their individual omics dataset.
