Research Assistant I (Computational)- Lee Lab
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Research Assistant interested in computational genomics and bioinformatic research at Boston Children?s Hospital. This position will involve writing codes for next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis and quality control, performing statistical analysis, and large-scale genomic data management. As an NIH funded lab as part of the SMaHT (Somatic Mosaicism across Human Tissue) network (https://commonfund.nih.gov/smaht), a newly launching NIH Common Fund consortium, the goal of the Lee lab is to characterize genomic variation and functional change associated with human disease using cutting-edge genomic and computational app
