The Genetics and Genomics Services (GGS) Division at UCSF Health seeks a bioinformatics programmer with experience in next-generation sequencing data processing, analysis, and stewardship to support clinical and research services for the Genomic Medicine Laboratory (GML) and Clinical Cancer Genomics Lab (CCGL).The bioinformatics programmer will maintain pipelines supporting genomic analysis for the clinical tests performed by GML: Rapid Whole Genome Sequencing, Exome Sequencing, Hereditary Cancer Panel, and exome subpanels.
