General DescriptionThe Karchin Lab is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher with expertise in computational immuno-oncology. The successful candidate will focus on developing tools for T-cell receptor (TCR) repertoire analysis and neoantigen prediction, contributing to cutting-edge research in cancer immunotherapy.Specific Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize computational tools for analyzing TCR repertoires and for predicting neoantigens from multi-omic data.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate findings into broader research projects.Publish research findings in high-impact journals and present at scientific conferences.
