The Staff Research Associate 2 (SRA 2) will perform, under supervision, state of the art molecular genetic approaches, including spatial transcriptomics, single cell transcriptomics and epigenomics methods. The successful candidate will join both the Genomics and D2B CoLab teams, where they will be responsible for the meticulous handling and processing of research and clinical samples The individual will work under general supervision and utilize problem solving skills to execute experimental methods. The SRA 2 use various protocols to generate next generation sequencing (NGS) libraries from DNA and RNA. They will closely interact with other laboratory members in the Genomics CoLab and collabora
