The LGR is focused on scaling up current and next-generation functional genomics platforms to better understand the genetic basis of diseases. The LGR strives to build advanced CRISPR-based genome editing and functional genomics platforms empowered by human genetics and computational biology to discover novel drug targets, expand our understanding of the human genome across various disease contexts, and deliver innovative tools to accelerate functional genomics research across academia and industry.
