Bioinformatics Analyst
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, implement and maintain existing and novel novel bioinformatic pipelines and tools to analyze large-scale epigenetic, transcriptomic and perturb-seq datasets. Work closely with other lab members and collaborators in a highly collaborative research environment to actively contribute to the design, conception, and execution of molecular and cellular experiments to achieve the goals of the specific projects.
