The Environmental Genomics Laboratory in the Division of Science, New York University Abu Dhabi, seeks to recruit a Post-Doctoral Associate to study immunometabolism and the molecular mechanisms of host-microbe interactions. Our laboratory is studying these mechanisms in the context of malaria infection and human lifestyle transitions with a focus on the intersection of human and microbial metabolism and immunity using multi-omics approaches. This position would be an excellent opportunity for someone with robust experimental skills in microbiology and immunology and/or hands-on experience in population and statistical genomics.
