The Researcher will design and manage complex scientific investigations in the laboratory of Deliang Guo, Ph.D., Director of the Center of Cancer Metabolism within the Comprehensive Cancer Center at the Ohio State University.Research Focus:The Guo laboratory focuses on cancer metabolism, signal transduction, autophagy, and miRNA across multiple cancer types, including brain tumors, lung cancer, liver cancer, sarcoma, and pancreatic cancer. The long-term goal of this research is to understand the underlying molecular mechanisms of how oncogenic signaling regulates metabolism reprogramming to promote tumor growth and to identify the key molecular targets to treat malignancies.
